Gillian Forsyth

Gillian is an experienced Trust Executive in our Private Client team with extensive experience in the administration and accounting of trusts, charities, executries. She has qualifications from the Society of Law Accountants in Scotland (SOLAS) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Gillian specialises in complex trust work, charities, and day‑to‑day management for Power of Attorney and Guardianship clients.
Gillian works closely with individual clients, trustees, beneficiaries, and professional advisers, bringing over four decades of knowledge and a reputation for accuracy, care, and discretion.
Gillian is an active member of both SOLAS and STEP having held roles on the SOLAS General Council as well as the Education Board (as Treasurer and Edinburgh Area Organiser).
